Rest, Reconnect & Rejuvenate
3 Day Silent Retreat

Reduce stress, deeply relax & connect with your innate ability to heal.

Silent retreats give you the opportunity to rest, recharge and reset your life.

During the retreat we dial down the volume on external stimuli and engage in purifying practices. The reduction of external inputs gives your body the chance to catch up on processing your personal "inbox" of experiences.  As you sort through this "inbox", you consciously choose what goes in the trash, what you wish to learn from and what you wish to respond to.  Emptying and purifying all aspects of yourself frees up new space for new learning, for new inspirations and for new life.

You will walk away at the end of the retreat feeling refreshed and reborn.

What to Expect
When you arrive at the retreat, make sure you have tied up all loose ends so that you have nothing outside the retreat that requires your attention.

The first evening will focus on orienting you to all aspects of the retreat and will provide you with time to settle in.  We will do a short process that will help you to see what is in your "inbox" and give you clarity on your Sankalpa, your sincere wish for this retreat.

Friday morning you will start your silence.  Our days will be filled with breath work, yoga, meditation, cooking, seva, naps, time outside, contemplation, ceremonies & teachings.

We will be eating a simple vegetarian diet with kichari (mung beans and rice) being the main staple in all the meals throughout the weekend.

Beds and bedrooms will be assigned according to age, physical needs and the order in which people signed up.  The house has two full bathrooms which we will be sharing.
